What is a medical spa?

A medical spa combines the relaxing atmosphere of a day spa with medical-grade treatments delivered by licensed healthcare providers. At The Confidence Lab, care comes from board-certified or licensed providers: our nurse practitioner co-owners lead injectables, medical weight-loss, and clinical protocols, while licensed estheticians and a licensed cosmetologist deliver facials, skincare, and head-spa services.

What services does The Confidence Lab offer?

We offer wrinkle relaxers (Jeuveau and Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, medical weight loss, IV hydration, NAD+ therapy, facials, chemical peels, microneedling and our signature Head Spa. Brow, lash and wax services round out the menu.

Who are the providers at The Confidence Lab?

Co-owners Anna Castellanos and Ashley Williamson are both Master's-prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners with extensive training in medical aesthetics and wellness.

Which consultations are free?

Your consultation is free for wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser hair removal and laser skin treatments. The medical weight loss consult is $99 by video or free in person. Either way, we use that time to understand your goals and build a plan around you.

How is a medical spa different from a day spa?

A medical spa is overseen by licensed medical providers and offers medical treatments such as wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers and prescription weight loss. A day spa focuses on relaxation services without that medical oversight.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a thorough consultation where we discuss your goals, medical history, and treatment options. We'll create a personalized plan and can often perform treatments the same day if you're ready to proceed.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online at myconfidencelab.janeapp.com, call us at (614) 219-9983, or visit us in Powell. We also offer virtual consultations for weight loss and wellness programs.

Do you accept insurance?

Most aesthetic treatments are not covered by insurance as they are considered cosmetic. However, we accept HSA/FSA cards for eligible services.

What payment options are available?

We accept cash, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and offer CareCredit financing for qualified applicants. Memberships provide additional savings on regular treatments.

Is telehealth available for weight loss?

Yes, we offer telehealth consultations throughout Ohio for our medical weight loss programs including GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide.

What areas do you serve?

We're located in Powell and serve clients throughout Central Ohio including Dublin, Westerville, Columbus, Delaware, Worthington, and Upper Arlington. Telehealth is available statewide for eligible services.
